In their Music lessons, our amazing Year 5/6 children have been exploring 'theme' and 'variation'. The children listened carefully to 'The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra' and then worked with their partner to discuss the different pop art images and which section of the orchestra they felt they best matched. Well done everyone!

Also in Year 3/4, the children have been learning about melting points and investigated the melting points of different types of chocolate. The children really enjoyed using their hands to turn the chocolate from a solid to a liquid. They were excited to tell their families which chocolate took the longest to melt! Yummy!
